- Custom Fitting Instructions:
- Boil approximately 250 milliliters of water
- After boiling, remove the container and wait 30 seconds
- Submerge the mouthguard in hot water for 90 seconds, no more
- Carefully remove the mouthguard with a spoon, cool briefly
- Position the mouthguard in your mouth, bite down firmly. Press edges and blow inwards to remove excess water. Hold for 20 seconds
- Remove the mouthguard and cool it under water for 20 seconds
