It converts the gas cover from the keyed locking type to a magnetically closing type cover, removing the need to use your key to open it at the pump every fill up. Installing it takes about a minute and is very simple. Installation uses the factory mounting hardware and factory hole. It has a powerful neodymium magnet that has 3x the pulling force of the previous version of this product, your gas door will close securely and stay shut, even during off-road adventures.
